On another note, our ROUND TABLE was cancelled after Mike Kelly resigned. Don Scelero -- as announced at the NKBA dinner in Chicago --
accepted the offer to become the Chief Executive Officer
-- and he was - and is - willing to serve as a facilitator.

Do we still want to do this or not? I would like to...
